Customers may cancel their booking free of charge up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. A full refund will be issued for any amount paid.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time will incur a fee equal to one (1) day’s rental charge. Any remaining balance will be refunded.
A booking will be considered a No-Show if the customer:
1. Fails to arrive at the agreed pickup location and time, or
2. Fails to notify Boss Auto Rentals of any delay, or
3. Does not meet the rental requirements at the time of pickup.
In such cases, no refund will be provided.
No refunds will be provided for unused rental days once the vehicle has been collected. Any early return of the vehicle does not entitle the customer to a refund for unused time.
Booking modifications (including changes to dates, times, or vehicle type) are subject to availability. Additional charges or rate changes may apply depending on the revised booking details.
Approved refunds will be processed within 3 to 7 business days. The time taken for funds to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
If Boss Auto Rentals is unable to provide the booked vehicle due to unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to mechanical issues or operational constraints), the customer will be offered:
1. A suitable replacement vehicle (subject to availability), or
2. A full refund of any amount paid
All cancellations must be submitted via email or the official booking channel and must be acknowledged and confirmed by Boss Auto Rentals to be considered valid.
